企业战略实施效果的财务分析

I山东交通学院毕业设计（论文）摘 要本论文以 2018 年中国交建年度报告中的企业三年财务数据为基础对中国交建的“五商中交”战略进行分析，用中国交建的“五商中交”战略实施效果来分析透视我国本土建筑企业以中国交建为代表的转型升级以及发展，用财务数据来表现中国交建通过“五商中交”战略整合和升级企业现有产业板块领域，重组再造新的价值链条，从而打造出全球知名的工程承包商、城市综合体开发运营商、特色房地产商、基础设施综合投资商、海洋重型装备与港口机械制造及系统集成总承包商的企业战略实施效果。关键字：转型升级，价值链条，战略实施效果II庄和校：企业战略实施效果的财务分析——以中国交通建设股份有限公司“五商中交”战略为例AbstractBased on the three-year financial data of enterprises in the annual report of China Communications Construction(CCC) in 2018, this paper provides a breakdown of the “five traders in the stock" strategy. It analyzes the transformation, upgrading and development of local construction enterprises through the implementation effect of CCC 's "five traders in the stock" strategy and shows the implementation effect of enterprise strategy via the financial data.
