I基于心理契约的知识型员工考核制度研究内 容 摘 要随着国内外市场环境的进一步变化,我国企业在生存和发展的过程中面临着日益复杂的内外部环境,企业要实现自身的长期发展,必须依靠高质量的产品以及新的技术,不断地实现企业自身的创新。而在企业生存和发展的过程中,知识型员工非常重要,是企业的核心人才,具有非常高的专业素养以及综合素质,能够及时帮助企业解决所遇到的风险问题,进一步的实现企业的长期发展。但是知识型员工往往个性较强,同时在工作的过程中,除了物质奖励以外,更加强调自我价值的实现,传统的合同契约难以满足知识型员工的需要。因此,本文在心理契约的基础上,探究了企业知识型员工的现状。在研究的过程中,通过分析心理契约的理论与知识型员工的相关特点,进一步的研究探讨员工的考核制度,分析在知识型员工考核过程中所存在的问题,并且提出相应的对策建议。关键词:心理契约理论;知识型员工;员工考核IIResearch on the Assessment System of Knowledge Workers Based on Psychological ContractAbstractWith the further development of market circumstances both here and abroad, Enterprise in China facing an increasingly growing complex domestic and foreign environment during survival and development.
