商洛棣花文创小镇开发建设研究

商洛棣花文创小镇开发建设研究摘要：特色小镇促进产业升级，加快了新城镇化的发展，使传统文化得以传承。2017年特色小镇受到国家和地方的高度重视，在全国形成了建设小镇的热潮。商洛拥有独特的自然景观、丰富的文化资源、浓郁的民俗风情，为建设特色小城镇奠定了坚实的基础。本文以商洛棣花文创小镇的开发建设为研究对象，借鉴国内外关于特色小镇建设的理论，对商洛特色小镇的发展提供理论支持。通过问卷调查与对比分析，指出商洛棣花文创小镇管理不当、缺少彰显特色的现代产业、知名度不高、投资主体单一等问题，针对这些问题提出完善基础设施与景区管理服务、促进产业的多向化发展、提高小镇知名度、拓展投资渠道等对策，促进商洛棣花文创小镇多元化发展。关键词：棣花文创小镇； 开发建设； 问题与对策；Research on Development of Shangluo DihuaCultural and Creative Town Abstract：Featured towns promote industrial upgrading, accelerate the development of new urbanization, and pass on traditional culture.In 2017, featured towns received high attention from the state and local governments, forming a nationwide upsurge in the construction of small towns.Shangluo has unique natural landscape, rich cultural resources and strong folk customs, which lays a solid foundation for the construction of small towns with characteristics.This paper takes the development of di hua cultural and creative town as the research object, draws on the theoretical basis of the construction of featured town at home and abroad, and provides theoretical support for the development of shangluo featured town.Through questionnaire survey and comparative analysis, it is pointed out that the cultural and creative town of di hua is poorly managed, lacks modern industries with distinctive features, is not well known, and has a single investment subject.To solve these problems is put forward to improve infrastructure and scenic area management services, and promote the industry developmen...
