浅谈企业文化沟通

本科论文摘 要企业文化对一个企业的生存发展至关重要，而沟通又扮演了关键的角色。但是目前我国企业文化的沟通现状不容乐观，管理者大多没有意识到沟通的重要性，极少数意识到其重要性却没有建立起沟通机制，企业文化建设仍然难以施展开来。在企业外部，像跨国企业也不可避免的产生冲突和分歧。沟通也要讲究方式方法，先找准沟通的渠道，选择最适合企业自身状况的渠道，才能事半功倍。企业也有不同的背景和发展情况，自然的也有本身独有的优势和劣势，那么建立企业文化需要充分发挥优势，规避劣势。沟通中产生的误区也不可轻视，分析透彻、解决明白后更有利于沟通的进行。关键字：企业文化，沟通，沟通误区本科论文AbstractCorporate Culture is vital to the survival and development of an enterprise, and communication plays a key role.
