三种修饰环糊精-桑色素包合物的制备和研究摘要合成了三种修饰环糊精-桑色素包合物,乙二胺修饰 β–CD-桑色素包合物 、1,3-丙二胺修饰 β–CD-桑色素包合物以及 1,4-丁二胺修饰 β–CD-桑色素包合物。采用红外表征的方法对三种包合物进行鉴定,另外通过波长扫描不同浓度的 1,3-丙二胺修饰 β–CD-桑色素包合物,测定其结合常数常数的值。通过红外光谱法这三种物质环糊精、桑色素包合物进行了表征研究,发现红外光谱中三种物质的基团振动都发生了不同程度的掩蔽或消失,说明环糊精对三种物质的包埋使相关基团的振动峰发生变化。结果表明:三种环糊精桑色素包合物,包合成功,测定 1,3-丙二胺修饰 β–CD-桑色素包合物的结合常数为 4.17*104。关键词:环糊精-桑色素;红外表征;结合常数Preparation and Study of Three Modified Cyclodextrin-Morin Inclusion CompoundsAbstract Three kinds of modified cyclodextrin-morin inclusion complexes were synthesized, including ethylenediamine-modified beta-CD-morin inclusion complex, 1,3-propanediamine-modified beta-CD-morin inclusion complex and 1,4-butanediamine-modified beta-CD-morin inclusion complex. Three inclusion complexes were identified by infrared characterization. The binding constants of the inclusion complexes were determined by wavelength scanning of 1,3-propanediamine modified with beta-CD-morin at different concentrations. The inclusion complexes of cyclodextrin and Morin were characterized by infrared spectroscopy. It was found that the group vibration of the three substances in infrared spectroscopy had been masked or disappeared to varying degrees, indicating that the encapsulation of the three substances by cyclodextrin changed the vibration peaks of the related groups. The results showed that the inclusion complexes of three cyclodextrins and Morin were successful.
