-26- Clinical Journal of Chinese Medicine 2012 Vol.(4) No.14人参化学成分和药理研究进展 A review on the ginseng chemical constituents and pharmacological 郭秀丽 高淑莲 （泰安市中医医院，山东 泰安，271000） 中图分类号：R282 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1674-7860（2012）14-0026-02 【摘 要】 人参在《神农本草经》中被列为上品药物，具有“多服久服不伤身、轻身益气不老延年”的作用。其在中医药临床领域中具有悠久的历史，然传统研究进展十分缓慢，属于古代朴素研究阶段。由于现代科技的飞速发展，对人参的研究也得到了突飞猛进的突破。本文针对人参的化学成分以及药理作用的研究进展展开综述。 【关键词】 人参；化学成分；药理作用；研究进展 【Abstract】 In Shen Nong's Herbal Classic, the ginseng was listed as the top grade medicine, with the role of “multi-service Jiufu not damage the health and Qingshen Yiqi Yannian”. It has a long history in TCM in the clinical field, then the traditional research progress has been slow, belonging to the ancient simplicity stage. Due to the rapid development of modern science and technology, the study of ginseng has also been a rapid breakthrough. In this paper, the research progress of the chemical composition and pharmacological effects of ginseng were summarized. 【Keywords】 Ginseng; Chemical composition; Pharmacological effects; Research progress 中药人参是五加科人参，属植物人参的干燥根，是一种名贵药材，同样为一种比较常见的药物。经中医临床验证表明人参的主要功效包括有补脾益肺、大补元气、生津安神益智等。临床上人参能够对诸多疾病均能够产生良好的防治效果，特别是对人体滋补强壮作用更加的明显。并且它的化学成分相对较为复杂，具有广泛的生物活性，药理作用相对独特，由于现代分离以及分析技术得到了突飞猛进的发展，人参的化学成分的研究也获得了进一步的进展[1]。目前人们对其药理活性广泛关注，本文针对其化学成分和药理活性展开论述，从而为今后的临床研究提供参考。 1 人参的化学成分 人参中主要成分包括有糖类，皂苷类，挥发性成分等，有机酸以及其酯，酶类，蛋...
