摘 要我国自加入世界贸易组织(WTO)以来,与世界各国的贸易往来开始了井喷式的增长,尤其是汽车产业。目前,汽车产业已经被我国政府定为国家的支柱产业,并且把汽车出口定为汽车产业的重点发展方向之一。成立于 1997 年 1 月 8 日的奇瑞汽车公司是中国汽车行业中的后起之秀但它却走在中国汽车出口的前列,担当了中国自主汽车品牌走向世界的先锋。2001 年 10 月奇瑞第一批轿车出口中东拉开了奇瑞汽车争夺海外市场的序幕,时至今日奇瑞汽车已经销往全球几十个地区。本文将以奇瑞出口现状为基础,通过 PEST 分析和波特五力模型分析得出奇瑞汽车出口面临着新旧技术的进入交替转型期;贸易壁垒;品牌形象低;售后服务不健全等一系列挑战。在此基础上针对奇瑞出口所面临的挑战提供了建议。关键词:奇瑞汽车出口;PEST 分析;波特五力模型IABSTRACTSince China's entry into the world trade organization (WTO), the trade with other countries in the world has started a spurt of growth, especially the automobile industry.
