摘 要全域旅游是当今中国乃至世界旅游业发展的大方向，也是我国旅游进一步提质提效的契机。对于提升旅游地形象，促进旅游业与其他产业的融合发展，带动旅游扶贫和地方经济发展有着极大作用。同时，全域旅游发展的时间并不长，其理论体系和理论基础比较薄弱，实践经验也不够丰富。 论文的第一章介绍了全域旅游的研究背景及意义，第二章介绍了全域旅游的概念和优势，第三章介绍了发展全域旅游的意义。第四章介绍了霞浦县发展全域旅游存在的问题。第五章提出了推动霞浦县发展全域旅游的措施对策。关键词：全域旅游；霞浦；现状；策略AbstractAll-for-one tourism is the general direction of tourism development in China and the world, It is also an opportunity to further improve the quality and efficiency of China’s tourism.
