农村普惠性幼儿园的发展现状、问题及策略VIP专享

摘 要普惠性幼儿园是指在保障幼儿基本生活需要、卫生安全的基础上，收费较低的幼儿园。建立普惠性幼儿园在一定程度上可以缓解农村幼儿上学难的现状。本文通过文献研究法和观察法了解到，我国农村普惠性幼儿园发展正处于快速发展时期，但仍存在地区发展不一致的现象，其中是政府和幼儿园各个方面存在问题。造成这些问题的原因是是政府对发展农村普惠性幼儿园的认识不够，财政投入较少，监管力度不够，幼儿园教师流动性大。解决这些问题的策略是需要政府明确管理职责，加大财政的投入，注重对幼儿教师的培养，更好的促进农村普惠性幼儿园的发展。关键词：普惠性；农村；幼儿园AbstractInclusive kindergarten refers to the need to protect children's basic life, health and safety based on the lower charge to establish inclusive kindergarten kindergarten.
