北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计家用冰沙机设计家用冰沙机设计摘 要炎炎夏日中,冰沙作为解渴消暑良品一直得到大众的喜爱。但是由于繁琐及长时间的制作流程,很多人选择在冷饮店选购而并非在家制作冰沙,因此目前家用冰沙机的市场份额依旧比较低。针对这一问题,本文设计了一款制作流程一体化的家用冰沙北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计机。本次设计中,首先收集参考文献,对冰沙机的整体框架进行预设计,然后根据框架进行三维建模。完成三维模型后,对冰沙机进行热力计算,并根据参数对各类零部件(包括半导体制冷片、散热系统等)进行选型。接下来利用 Arduino 开源电子平台设计冰沙机控制系统,最后对冰沙机主要部分进行流体仿真实验。关键词:冰沙机;半导体制冷片;三维建模;流体仿真 北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计Home smoothie designAbstractIn the hot summer , smoothies has been loved by the public as a good product for quenching thirst and relieving heat. Due to the cumbersome and long-term production process, many people choose to buy in cold drinks shops instead of making smoothies at home, so the current market share of household smoothie machines is still relatively low. In response to this problem, this article designed a household smoothie machine. The main design contents of this article include: In this design, we first collected references, pre-designed the overall frame of the smoothie machine, and then carried out three-dimensional modeling based on the frame. After completing the three-dimensional model, perform thermal calculations on the smoothie machine, and select various types of components (including semiconductor cooling fins, heat dissipation systems, etc.) according to the parameters.
