I摘 要对于一个国家而言，就业乃国家民生之本，安邦之策。一直以来高校大学生作为国家的重要人才资源，肩负着创新发展的重任，同时作为大众创业的主力军，时刻承担着万众创新的责任与使命。现代社会非常重视大学生的就业问题，不但关系着大学生的个人利益，也影响着更多家庭的利益，直接影响着国家和社会和谐发展。源于以上因素，必须将高校毕业生的就业问题定为国家发展重点计划，实现学生从各大院校步入社会的华丽转型，已成为社会发展必不可少的民生工程。根据对最近几年中国发展趋势来看，越来越严重的就业形势和激烈的市场竞争机制，同时在不断创新的社会价值观中，使大学生就业选择出现了一定的影响，无法对自己做好准确定位。在现阶段怎样调整大学生的就业观，及时建立大学生合理且成熟化的择业观，并能够最大限度的适应社会发展，已逐渐成为国家与各大院校最重要的思想政治教育。鉴于对上述因素分析，本文章对大学生就业意愿进行了解，并对山东管理学院毕业生实施问卷调查，主要通过五个层面展开分析，分别是就业的认知、理想、态度、途径和价值取向，根据对现存问题进行了解，同时进行原因的分析，对国家、学校、家长和学生展开相应对策，并在此基础上进行意见指导。关键词：毕业生；就业意愿；就业率；影响因素IIAbstractFor a country, employment is the foundation of the people's livelihood and the policy of national security.
