I摘要题目：基于哈佛框架格力电器的财务分析摘 要现如今，家电行业的发展对人们的生活质量具有一定的影响力，同时在中国经济发展中占有重要的地位。哈佛框架分析主要是从战略、会计、财务、前景四个方面对企业财务状况进行分析。本文以格力电器为例，运用哈佛框架对其进行全面的分析。本文通过分析国内外研究现状，结合哈佛分析框架的基本思路，以格力电器为例，对格力电器进行战略、会计、财务、前景的分析，通过分析发现格力电器凭借企业自身的优势以及商业信用使得企业可以进行合理高效的短期融资，完整的技术体系及独特的销售体系为企业提供了有利的资源，从而可以增强企业的盈利能力及营运能力。但格力电器也存在一些问题，例如资金使用效率低、技术研发投入较少等，针对这些问题提出了适当提高资产有效利用率、加强开发技术研究投入等优化建议。关键词：哈佛框架;格力电器;财务分析IIABSTRACTABSTRACTNowadays, the development of the household appliance industry has a certain influence on the quality of people's life and plays an important role in China's economic development.
