Secondly, this article analyzes the current situation of Guoyuan Securities from the perspective of the number of corporate marketing channels, evaluation systems, professional capabilities of employees, and channel information communication. Finally, this paper systematically proposes measures including strengthening the channel maintenance and evaluation system of banks, implementing a diversification strategy for marketing channels, improving the client development training system and channel information communication mechanism for securities practitioners.
