金融去杠杆政策对我国房地产市场的影响摘 要：从 2015 年的经济形势座谈会李克强总理开始谈论去杠杆开始，去杠杆已经越来越受到重视。近几年，降杠杆已经成为了近些年经济工作的重心。本文先分析了国家所采取的金融去杠杆政策包括出台相关文件采用限购等行政手段及调控房贷利率等；进而分析这些政策对房地产企业产生的影响以及对房地产市场产生的短、中长期影响。最后，针对房地产去杠杆政策，本文提出建立房地产长效机制的建议。关键词：金融，去杠杆，房地产Abstract: Financial deleveraging has been attached more and more attention after the 2015 economic forum when Premier Li Keqiang began to talk about the beginning of deleveraging.
