i山楂的降血脂有效部位提取及其滴丸制备工艺研究中文摘要本文采用大孔树脂处理、酸碱处理等技术手段,提取了山楂果中的三萜酸类成分和山楂叶中的黄酮类成分。同时使用山楂总黄酮类和山楂总三萜酸类有效部位作为原料,将其制备为中药滴丸。主要研究工作包括:对山楂总黄酮提取部位和山楂总三萜酸提取部位的溶解性能、粉体基本性质进行了研究。分别进行了初步稳定性研究,两种有效部位和制备滴丸用辅料的相互作用研究。对药物在滴丸基质中可能的分散状态进行了初步考察。最后选择了滴丸用聚乙二醇的种类,进行了整个处方配伍组成的研究。进行了滴制制备工艺条件的优选,对确定的工艺进行了验证。以上研究有效利用了山楂资源,提高了山楂类制剂的技术水平。关键词:山楂;制备工艺iiABSTRACTIn this paper, the tridecid acid components and flavonoids in hawthorn leaves were extracted by means of macroporous resin treatment and acid-base treatment. At the same time, the effective parts of hawthorn total flavonoids and hawthorn total triterpene acids were used as raw materials to prepare Chinese medicine drop pills. The main research work includes:Solubility and basic properties of powder were studied in the extraction of total flavonoids from hawthorn and total triterpenate acid from hawthorn. Preliminary stability studies were carried out, and the interaction between the two effective parts and the auxiliary materials for the preparation of drop pills was studied. The possible dispersion of the drug in the drop pill matrix was investigated.Finally, the type of polyethylene glycol for dropping pills was selected, and the composition of the whole prescription was studied.
