北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文基于博弈论在旧村改造中的多方利益平衡分析摘 要近年来，中国进入了社会、经济迅速发展的阶段，城市化的进程随之不断推进。在这个过程中，城市建设中用地不足、规划不合理等问题也日渐凸显。为促进节约集约用地，改善人们生活环境，国土资源部和广东省联合实施“三旧改造”政策。其中的旧村改造是加快城乡一体化的重要方式，不仅能够改善村落的基础建设，还可以改善人居环境以提升生活品质，从而促进城市质量的提高。在旧村改造过程中往往会产生利益相关方的博弈，本文主要对旧村改造中涉及的利益相关者及其产生的利益冲突进行分析，指出旧村改造中的利益博弈即政府、村民、开发商之间的博弈，并列出三者在旧村改造中的利益得失，通过分析三者的决策建立决策树，判断三方不同决策带来的平衡点，分析决策影响因素。最后通过实际案例对其博弈平衡进行分析，对以后的旧村改造提出建议。关键词：旧村改造 三方博弈 利益平衡I北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文AbstractIn recent years, China has entered a stage of rapid social, economic, and cultural development.At the same time, China's urbanization process has been also constantly promoted.
