广东东软学院本科毕业设计（论文） 库存管理现状分析与提升研究 - 以京东博展园区为例 Analysis and improvement of inventory management -Take JD Expo Park as an example 内容摘要随着信息技术的发展，当前企业的物流库存管理逐步实现信息化。信息技术的应用使物流管理有了质的飞跃，库存管理信息化是提高物流效率的关键。本文主要对京东博展园区仓库的库存管理进行探究，通过阅读大量的库存管理相关文献，在了解我国目前的库存管理现状基础上。对京东博展园区仓库的信息化管理、耗材管理以及储位管理进行调查。发现库存的信息化管理不够完善；耗材管理没有制定合理的采购计划和使用标准；储位管理比较混乱。通过分析京东博展园区仓库的库存管理现状，针对目前所存在的问题，对于京东博展园区仓库的信息化管理、耗材管理及储位管理进行优化。对于信息化的管理，耗材管理以及储位管理的优化，能够加快京东博展园区的入库、出库的效率，从而提高货物的运转效率来提高收益。关键词：库存管理 信息化管理 耗材管理 储位管理Content abstractWith the development of information technology, the current enterprise logistics inventory management gradually realizes.
