基于卫生费用分析我国现医药政策的可行性【摘要】目的：近年来我国针对国情实施了不少的医药政策，本文就其中两个政策“一致性评价”和“两票制”进行分析，政策的实施是否符合国情，是否给我们带来的好处。方法：通过分析我国卫生费用现状和存在问题，了解“一致性评价”和“两票制”实施背景；同时梳理并总结实施时面临的问题；对“一致性评价”和“两票制”的作用与效果进行分析。结果与结论：两个政策都是可行的，并且在不断地适应着我们的国情，带领着我国经济的发展。【关键词】一致性评价；两票制；卫生费用Analysis of the Feasibility of China's Current Medical Policy Based on Health Expenses[Abstract]Objective: In recent years, China has implemented many medical policies according to its national conditions. This paper analyzes the "consistency evaluation" and "two-vote system" of two policies, and whether the implementation of the policies conforms to the national conditions and brings us benefits. Methods: By analyzing the current situation and existing problems of health expenditure in China, the implementation background of "consistency evaluation" and "two-vote system" was understood. At the same time, it sorts out and summarizes the problems in implementation. The function and effect of "consistency evaluation" and "two-vote system" are analyzed.
