海尔集团营运能力分析【摘要】每个指标要素的文本研究应侧重于公司的组织能力和管理能力，本篇文章结合比率分析方法、趋势分析方法和比较分析法这三种基准方法对海尔集团营运能力的相关因素开展了仔细的研究。 文章初步对营运涉及的理论以及海尔集团现有的经营状况做了浅显的介绍，之后我以在网易财经收集的其 2015 年至 2019 年的财务报表为数据基础，计算海尔集团过去六年的营运能力相关指数，对海尔集团的经营能力进行横向和纵向交叉检验。在此基础上发掘公司经营过程暴露出的相关问题和不合理环节，比如经营方面海尔集团在 2015 年至 2019 年期间有资金内部占有比例过高的嫌疑，以及存货内部管理和控制不合逻辑的问题；另外偿债层面还存在库存可能大幅减少的情况，短期支付的可能性较低，海尔集团产生的运营漏洞可能会导致一个问题即销售过程出现阻碍；应收账款方面平均收款账期和货款的回收难度不断增加，资金管理存在漏洞。综合各种分析后再根据海尔集团管理能力中存在的问题，在自身所掌握的水平提出了几点方案：一是优化目前公司在生产和运营过程中的各项工序，尤其是存货相关的经营制度；二是对应收账款方面提出合理的解决建议，所用信贷政策必须适合公司自身条件，提高催缴能力；三是资本政策上加强保证，所实施的管理政策要有可瞻性。【关键词】营运能力 流动资产周转率 存货周转率IAnalysis of Haier Group's operation abilityAccounting Class 1, 2016 Cao Xinying【 Abstract 】 The textual research of each index element should focus on the company&apos organizational capability and management capability.
