摘 要国际化和全球化提高了我国汽车零部件制造技术和能力,建设汽车零部件贸易发展,不仅对内地汽车配件出口有了质的变化,而且在全球汽车配件市场上,我国在制造汽车零部件和出口汽车零部件方面起到越来越重要的作用和地位。其中,海城市出口汽车零部件行业竞争日益激烈,海城建达亚飞汽车贸易公司对出口营销策略也越来越重视。通过对国际汽车市场基本情况的了解,笔者能感受到该公司出口营销额有很大的增长空间,而且也认识到该公司在汽车产品出口方面面临的机遇和挑战,并且也认识到产品市场营销的重要性,从而对海城市建达汽贸公司出口营销状况、营销策略及存在的问题进行分析。本文以海城市建达汽贸公司为研究对象,发现该公司汽车配件出口营销目前存在客户管理机制落后、与供应商互动较少、缺乏对竞争对手的了解等问题,同时从优化营销管理机制、加强与供应商的联系、充分研究竞争对手的动态等方面提出解决对策。本文主要采用文献研究法、案例研究法对海城市汽车配件行业进行调查与分析。关键词:汽车配件;出口营销;营销策略Abstract Internationalization and globalization could improve the ability of China's auto parts manufacturing technology and, auto parts trade development, not only for China auto parts export there has been a qualitative change, and in the global auto parts market, the export in manufacturing auto parts and auto parts play an increasingly important role and status.
