浅论外商直接投资对我国国际贸易的拓展和延伸【摘要】本文研究的内容是外商直接投资对于我国国际贸易的拓展与延伸，主要就是从对于贸易的促进作用和改善作用方面作为切入点详谈。文章首先介绍当前我国的贸易形势，其次介绍当前国内外对于 FDI 与国际贸易的相互影响研究理论。再分别介绍我国的外商直接投资和国际贸易发展概况，方便下文前者对后者的作用进行分析。文章的核心主要是探究 FDI 对于贸易商品结构的改善，以及 FDI 对于贸易方式的影响。最后得出的结论是 FDI 改善了我国的贸易商品结构，二是影响了我国的贸易方式，从而促进了贸易竞争力，扩大了贸易的规模。本文在最后也针对我国如何利用好外资提供相关的建议，希望通过本文的研究，能够为中国国际贸易发展提供一些帮助。 【关键词】外商直接投资；国际贸易；发展概况；贸易结构；贸易方式The Expansion and Extension of Foreign Direct Investment to China's International Trade [Abstract]The content of this paper is the expansion and extension of foreign direct investment to China's international trade, mainly from the promotion and improvement of trade as the starting point. This paper first introduces the current situation of China's trade, and then introduces the current domestic and foreign research theories on the interaction between FDI and international trade. Then, it introduces the development of foreign direct investment and international trade in China, so that the former can analyze the latter. The core of this paper is to explore the improvement of the structure of trade goods and the impact of FDI on trade patterns. Finally, the conclusion is that FDI improves the structure of China's trade goods. Secondly, it affects China's trade mode, thus promoting trade competitiveness and expanding the scale of trade.
