中国知识产权保护对医药贸易的影响【摘要】知识产权保护在国际贸易中影响重大，而中国知识产权保护起步晚，加上医药行业对知识和技术的需求高，为跟上国际贸易趋势，中国须重视医药知识产权保护。知识产权保护不仅可以增强竞争优势，而且可以促进技术创新、专利发明，因此本文将以医药品为研究对象，从医药知识产权保护水平和医药贸易的状况研究中国知识产权保护对医药贸易的影响。本文研究结果显示，提高知识产权保护水平使中国医药贸易份额减少，对医药贸易产生抑制的效果，但提高知识产权保护力度能够促进自主创新能力的提升，从而侧面对医药贸易产生积极的影响。本文认为我国医药行业还处于模仿阶段，应该根据国情调整医药知识产权的保护水平。长期加强医药知识产权保护可以促进国内技术创新，保护国内外知识成果，有助于医药贸易的发展。【关键词】知识产权保护；自主创新；医药贸易The impact of intellectual property protection on pharmaceutical trade in China[Abstract] In order to keep up with the trend of international trade, China must pay attention to the protection of pharmaceutical intellectual property. Intellectual property protection can not only enhance competitive advantage, but also promote technological innovation and patent invention. Therefore, this paper will take pharmaceutical products as the research object, and study the impact of intellectual property protection on pharmaceutical trade from the level of pharmaceutical intellectual property protection and the status of pharmaceutical trade. The results of this study show that improving the level of intellectual property protection can reduce the share of Chinese Pharmaceutical Trade and inhibit the pharmaceutical trade, but improving the level of intellectual property protection can promote the ability of independent innovation, which has a positive impact on the pharmaceutical trade.
