环境设计-百姓渔村餐饮空间设计论文

摘 要本次毕业设计的主题为百姓渔村餐饮空间设计，该设计范围属于餐饮类，，为了突出主题设计元素我选择了偏新中式的设计风格。目前，中餐厅逐渐被火锅、烧烤快文化说所取代，日渐衰落。所以，本次方案设计目的就是打造富有特色的中餐厅，加以融入少量烧烤海鲜等菜品，一些网红店也已经落寞，我认为只有能真正留下来的文化才是经久不衰的文化。所以我将一些中式传统的元素融入到百姓渔村餐饮空间的设计中。百姓渔村餐饮空间的设计中，中式的传统元素在本次设计中得到体现，我在其中融入了很多现代时尚元素，例如采用铜制品材料来提升整体空间效果。以此来提升消费者对整个空间的接纳度，进而促进消费者的就餐欲望。关键词：主题餐厅；室内空间设计；文化AbstractIn order to better highlight its characteristics, the design of the tea restaurant hall belongs to the catering type. In terms of style, it chooses the zen theme space design which is popular all over the world. Now, tea is no longer a drink for the elderly, nor is it just a popular domestic market. Tea has started to go abroad to the world, and is more and more acceptable to foreigners and young people. Due to the increasing pace of people's life and the pressure of adult life, people need to get a space that can relieve pressure, release emotions and experience nature. So, this design utilizes this key factor, launched with "zen" as the theme tea restaurant space design, the tea it exists in every one of us in daily life, everywhere around all kinds of tea houses and individuals of tea, it can bring people the feeling of a kind of simple fare, simple natural.
