广州市老年人临终关怀个案研究

I北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文广州市老年人临终关怀个案研究摘 要随着人口的不断增加，医疗等问题日益严峻，老龄化问题也越来越严重，迫切需要各种资源去支持临终老人的关怀事业的发展。本文通过对国内外临终关怀的研究中，总结临终关怀的理论。通过个案研究的方式，研究病患体现在心态、生理、精神以及社会生活和经济需要情况；家属体现在心理上、医护上、伦理上、以及经济上的需要，并尝试提出相应的解决对策，如：提高临终关怀关注度，扩大临终关怀的规模；打破传统伦道德的束缚；大力培养医护人员；加强对临终关怀的心理建设；结合商保医保，减轻临终关怀的经济压力。关键词：临终关怀；个案分析；现状与需求；对策建议 II北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文AbstractWith the continuous increase of population, medical and other issues need to increase dramatically, and the aging problem is more and more. All kinds of resources are urgently needed to support the career care of the dying elderly.This paper summarizes the theory of hospice care through the study of hospice care at home and abroad. Through case study, to understand the concerns of patients and their families.
