海事大学毕 业 论 文二○一三年六月┊┊┊┊┊┊┊装┊┊┊┊┊┊┊订┊┊┊┊┊┊┊线┊┊┊┊┊┊┊ABS 在中国高速公路融资中的应用讨论专业班级： 财务管理 2 班 姓 名： 田 庚 指导老师： 谭 小 芳 交通运输管理学院摘 要目前我国高速公路建设进入新中国成立以来进展最快的时期。根据国家高速公路网规划，在未来的很长一段时期，我国的高速公路仍将在快速进展建设中。过去高速公路融资方式大多依赖中央财政和信贷融资，然而靠此已无法满足我国高速公路的进展要求。本文在借鉴国外资产证券化讨论成果的基础上，在国宏观背景下，针对目前我国高速公路建设融资难的实际问题，分析了现有的几种高速公路融资模式的局限性，并就我国高速公路通过资产证券化融资的方式进行了讨论和探讨，找出我国在ABS过程中面临的问题，提出相应的对策和建议。关键字：高速公路；融资方式；资产证券化；信托模式ABSTRACTThe Highway construction has entered the fastest-growing period since the founding of New China.According to the national highway network planning ,in the future for a long period of time, China's highway construction will still keep a high speed. However, in the past , it mainly rely on the central Government’s financing and credit facilities, and it has been unable to meet the development requirements of highway. This paper analyze the limitations of the several existing highway financing model based on the research results of asset securitization under the domestic macroeconomic context for the current difficulties in financing the construction of highway practical problems. Highway financing through asset securitization has been studied and discussed in this paper.
