传动箱壳体机械加工毕业设计终稿

摘 要本设计是最终传动箱壳体的工艺设计和夹具设计。最终传动箱是一种支承和包容各种传动机构的箱形零件。设计中先进行了零件的结构和工艺分析 ，得出零件的加工工艺过程。用几道工序举例说明了几种加工的工序卡的设计方法和过程。由于是专用机床，本次设计中设计了一套专用钻床夹具和专用铣床夹具，其相关的零部件大都查阅的专业工具书。设计过程涉与到机械制造专业的一系列专业知识，包括了毛坯制造、工艺、切削用量、机床、刀具 、定位、误差分析、夹紧等。[ 关键词] 工艺、工序、夹具AbstractThis design is ultimately gearbox shell process design and fixture design. The final transmission box is a kind of transmission of supporting and inclusive of transmission parts. In the beginning of the design ,we analyze the structure of the part, and work out the technology of parts processing. Meanwhile we use a few proceduresto illustrates many design methods and process of several processing process card. Due to the special machine tool, we have to designed many special set of drilling fixture and milling special,consult some related parts of these fixtures in the professional dictionaries. The Design process involves a series of mechanical manufacturing professional expertise, including manufacturing the semifinished product,process, cutting machine, cutter, dosage, orientation, error analysis, clamping, etc.[Key words]Process; Procedure; Dictionaries1 前言毕业设计是大学四年所学知识的综合运用。对于零件的工艺安排、夹具设计是机械系学生都应掌握的最基本的知识。这些容对于机械加工起着致关重要的作用。零件加工质量的好坏、成本的高低，都是这些容的直接反映。这次的设计主要容是加工最终传动箱体零件。它的整个加工过程中涉与到毛坯的制造方法选择、加工余量的计算、工艺路线的确定、机床夹具定位和夹紧装置的设计、机械加工刀具和辅具的选择、加工时间的计算以与专用夹具体的设计等容。通过这次毕业设计对自己未来将从事的工作进行一次适应性训练，从中锻炼自己分析问题、解决问题的能力，同时发现自己在专业知识方面的不足...
