工 学 院毕 业 设 计 （ 论 文 ）题目 后 盖 注 射 模 具 设 计 系 别 机 械 与 运 载 学 院 专 业 材 料 成 型 与 控 制 工 程 学 生 富 裕 指 导 老 师 雅 提 交 日 期 2024 年 4 月 22 日 摘 要本 次 毕 业 设 计 的 题 目 是 后 盖 塑 模 具 设 计 ，该 塑 件 采 纳ABS 为 材 料 。 首 先 对 所 要 设 计 的 产品 进 行 工 艺 的 分 析 与 计 算 ； 然 后 在 分 析 计 算的 基 础 上 确 定 成 型 工 艺 方 案 ， 为 一 模 两 腔 ，推 杆 推 出 ， 单 分 型 面 ， 对 注 塑 模 具 的 主 要 零部 件 尤 其 是 成 型 零 部 件 的 尺 寸 进 行 设 计 与 计算 ； 再 次 对 注 塑 产 品 提 出 了 基 本 的 设 计 原 则，详 细 介 绍 了 塑 件 成 型 工 艺 设 计 ， 注 射 机 的 选择 ， 浇 注 系 统 的 的 设 计 ， 成 型 零 件 的 结 构 设计 ， 脱 模 推 出 机 构 的 设 计 ， 冷 却 系 统 的 设 计的 过 程 ； 最 后 对 标 准 模 架 的 选 择 也 作 了 相 应的 介 绍 。 通 过 本 次 设 计 ， 使 我 掌 握 了 注 塑 模具 设 计 的 全 过 程 ， 同 时 也 提 高 了 运 用 CAXA 绘 制复 杂 装 配 图 的 能 力 。关 键 词 ： 注 塑 模 ； 分 型 面 ； 模 具 设 计 ； 注 射机Abstract The topic of this graduation design is a lamp tube injection mold design.
