学 号 :毕 业 设 计 说 明 书工 作 抽 样 在 方 便 面 生 产 线 的 应 用 实 践Research On The Instant Noodle Production Lines By Work-sampling 学院机电工程学院专业工业工程班级工业 0 8 - 1 学生 通指导老师(职称)晶英 ( 讲师 ) 完成时间 2024 年 3 月 28 日至 2024 年 6 月 8 日摘 要运用工作抽样法对方便面生产现场工人的工作情况和设备运作情况做大量的抽查,将该生产线的现状客观的描述出来,测定操作者和机床的空闲比率以与工作比率,在此基础上对其可能出现的空闲原因进行项目细分,并针对问题查找原因,实行相应的对策改进作业,提高生产效率,同时对生产线制定一般标准并进行分析改善。讨论表明,方便面生产线在机器调整、等待等活动中所花费时间的比例偏高,大大减少了有效工作时间,增加了人员闲置、空转的浪费。经初步估算,假如工人非作业率降低9 个百分点,方便面产出速率可提高0.525s/ 包,每条方便面生产线日产量可增产9058包。关键词 方便面生产线工作抽样 比率 生产效率 一般标准AbstractUsing work sampling the production site of the instant noodle production line workers and equipment to do a lot of checks , the status of the production line describe the objective determination of the operator and machine idle ratio and ratio of work on this basis , it’s possible the idle cause of project segments , and find the reasons for the problem , take appropriate measures to improve operations , increase productivity , the development of general standards and analysis to improve production line.
