感 应 加 热 逆 变 电 源 设 计摘 要感应加热可用于金属熔炼、透热、热处理和焊接等过程,已成为冶金、国防、机械加工等部门与船舶、飞机、汽车等制造业不可缺少的技术。此外感应加热正不断的进入人们的家庭生活中,例如电磁炉等都是依靠感应加热原理工作的。感应加热电源的进展趋势是高频化、大容量化、智能化和绿色化。目前的高频感应加热电源频率在几百千赫左右技术比较成熟。本文以串联半桥感应加热电源为讨论对象,首先在介绍感应加热的原理基础上,阐述了感应加热电源的特点、国外进展状况与应其进展趋势。其次介绍了串联全桥逆变电路与串联半桥逆变电路的优缺点, 半桥串联谐振逆变器具有结构简单,控制容易,有良好的经济效益等特点,故此,分析了串联半桥逆变桥的工作原理。再次,在设计了一个串联半桥逆变电路的基础上,对各个器件的具体电路参数进行计算,并合理选择元器件。最后,在一台半桥串联谐振电源上,通过改变整流滤波后的电压,测试了桥臂电压波形,并对波形进行简要分析,得出感应加热电源应尽量避开空载等实验结论。关键词:感应加热;串联谐振;半桥串联谐振逆变器;IGBT;A Design Of Induction Heating Power InverterAbstractInduction heating can be used for metal smelting, diathermy, heat reatment and welding process, the manufacturing sector has become an indispensable technology in metallurgy, defense, machining and other departments and ships, airplanes, cars and so on.
