毕 业 论 文题 目 ZL100 轮式装载机的设计 摘 要本次设计主要进行装载机整体以与工作装置的设计,轮式装载机的工作装置由铲斗、连杆、摇臂、转斗油缸和举升油缸组成。依靠这套装置装载机可以对汽车、火车进行散料装载作业,也可以对散料进行短途运输作业、还可以进行平地修路等作业。由于轮式装载机常工作在各种复杂的工况下,这就要求轮式装载机具有良好的适应性和可靠性,尤其是工作装置的各种设计参数直接影响装载机的整机性能,因此对轮式装载机的设计提出了严格的要求。对轮式装载机工作装置的运动学、动力学进行讨论,以提高装载机作业效率,对轮式装载机的整机设计具有特别重要的意义。本次设计采纳新参数方法来设计铲斗尺寸参数,并验证容量;同时利用图解法设计连杆机构尺寸,并对连杆机构进行受力分析与强度校核。关键词:轮式装载机,工作装置,总体构造ABSTRACTWheel Loader from the bucket, connecting rod, rocker arm, boom, bucket cylinder and lift cylinder transfer form.
