PLC 控制技术在牙轮钻机上的应用摘 要牙轮钻机是露天矿山钻孔的主要设备之一，近十年来矿山牙轮钻机得到了迅速的发展。在我国矿山资源的开发中，开山钻孔工作对矿山工作效率，生产安全都有着特别重要的影响。在牙轮钻机钻孔作业中，为了使牙轮钻机在不同的岩层中都能保持较好的钻进状态，要求钻机的回转机构与提行机构具有良好的速度调节性能和启停功能。尤其是牙轮钻机的回转机构，由于岩层地质条件的不同，电机负载变化较大，钻机在钻进过程中可能被卡钻，使回转机构发生堵转现象。本设计运用了西门子 S7-200 系列PLC 和 ACS800 变频器进行控制牙轮钻机。文章中简单介绍了国产 KY-250D 型牙轮钻机的机械构成、相关系统和钻机控制系统的系统组成、工作原理等。关键词：牙轮钻机；PLC；矿山；变频器；回转机构The application of PLC control technology in the wheel drillAbstractThe rotary drilling rig is one of the main equipments for drilling in open pit mines. In recent ten years, the mining rotary drill has developed rapidly. In the development of mine resources in our country, drilling and drilling work has a particularly important impact on mine efficiency and production safety. In the drilling operation of the roller drill, in order to keep the drill rig in different rock layers, it can keep a good drilling state, and the rotary mechanism and the lifting mechanism of the drilling rig are required to have good speed regulation performance and start stop function. In particular, the rotary mechanism of the roller drilling machine, because of the different geological conditions of the rock strata, the motor load changes greatly, the drill may be drilled during the drilling process, so that the rotary mechanism can be blocked.
