本科论文部队机关文职人员待遇情况分析摘 要近年来，随着我国经济的发展和国际地位的提高，军事发展也必须及时转型以适应社会经济的新变化。分析部队机关人才管理模式、调整部队机关人才管理模式对于军事转型具有重要的意义。经过多年的发展，目前我国已经基本上形成了一套专门规定部队机关文职人员待遇的规定。建立健全部队文职体系的相关法律和制度规定，采取科学的用人模式和管理方式，并且设计多样化的文职人员上升通道和发展空间，是完善部队文职人员待遇情况的必经之路。本文在理清待遇理论和部队文职人员特点的基础上，对部队机关文职人员待遇现状、问题以及影响因素进行分析，根据实际情况，提出科学有效的措施解决问题，为进一步优化部队机关文职人员待遇结构和水平提供了理论支持。关键词：部队机关，文职人员，待遇本科论文AbstractIn recent years, with the development of China's economy and the improvement of its international status, military development must also be transformed in a timely manner to adapt to new changes in the social economy.
