I北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文城市高校应届毕业生人才引进与培养机制研究——以成都市天府新区为例摘 要近年来,随着我国城市化的推进,各大城市在发展的过程中,急需高端人才和创新人才的引入来为城市发展助力。在这样的背景下,国家出台相关政策实施人才战略,规范各大城市人才引进竞争中的竞争态势。故目前的趋势是,高端人才和大学毕业生就业地从沿海高度发达的城市向内陆新兴城市转移。成都市作为四川省省会、西南地区中心城市、全国新一线城市,近年来发展速度迅猛,新兴产业和高端产业不断涌现,传统产业更新升级。所以,成都市急需大量双创人才来满足城市发展的需求,推动城市化加速。本论文以应届毕业生城市人才引进与培养机制为研究对象,通过横向比较不同城市之间、纵向对比不同时期的人才引进与培养机制来分析成都市人才引进战略的优势与不足,并提出适当可行的解决对策。关键词:高校应届毕业生;人才引进与培养机制;地方政府II北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文AbstractIn recent years, with the development of the country , the advances in science and technology, the introduction of high-end and innovative talents is needed in the process of the development of cities.
