1北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计 餐具分拣装置的设计餐具分拣装置的设计摘要中国餐饮行业发展迅速，企业数量巨大，消费者离开后往往会产生大量带有剩菜残渣及油污的餐具餐盘，目前绝大部分的餐具清洗都使用传统的人工完成，人工进行餐具清洁并分拣的效率低下，劳动强度大。本次设计初期首先对市面上现有的洗碗机进行了调查研究，明确洗碗机的总体设计要求，根据洗碗机的实际需求，设计了一款更全面的自动洗碗机，可用于学校或者中小型企业食堂，，在原本固有的清洗装置后加上了分拣与收纳餐具的装置。根据餐具不同的外形特征，利用传动过程中不同缝隙大小来实现餐具分拣并实现整理收纳，内容主要包括结构设计计算、校核和建模。关键词：餐具清洗；结构设计；分拣；建模 2北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计Design of tableware sorting deviceAbstractWith the rapid development of China's catering industry and a large number of enterprises, consumers often produce a large number of tableware plates with leftovers and oil stains after leaving. At present, most of the tableware cleaning is done by traditional manual work. The efficiency of manual cleaning and sorting of tableware is low and the labor intensity is high. At the beginning of this design, firstly, the existing dishwashers on the market were investigated and studied to clarify the overall design requirements of dishwashers.
