1 本溪某市民营幼儿园 90 后教师流动的问题研究 摘 要90后幼儿教师成长在中国飞速发展的时代,他们善于接受新事物,能够融入自己的思想改变传统单一教学思路,社会进步,对下一代的教育,需要的正是这种创新的精神。随之而来的是90后教师流动普遍增多,合理的幼儿教师流动是积极影响,不合理的幼儿教师流动是消极的影响。近年来,本溪市民营幼儿园教师人才空缺,招聘困难。同时教师行业当中90后幼儿教师流动的频率过高,普遍选择转行、跳槽、或流向其他城市,因此幼儿园应该引起高度的重视,才能推进民办幼儿园的建设和教育行业的均衡发展。本研究主要采用文献法和访谈法。在访谈中了解本溪市90后幼儿教师的流动现状和原因,从而提出改进策略,帮助本溪市留住更多年轻的优秀教师。关键词:民营幼儿园;90后幼儿教师;流动问题2 A STUDY ON THE TEACHER FLOW OF THE POST-90SPRIVATE KINDERGARTENS IN BENXIABSTRACT The post-90s preschool teachers grew up in the era of rapid development in China, they are good at accepting new things, can integrate their own ideas to change the traditional single teaching ideas, social progress, for the next generation of education, what is needed is this spirit of innovation.
