直线振动筛的动态特性分析(陕西理工学院机械学院机械设计制造与其自动化班,陕西 723003)指导老师: [摘要]振动筛广泛用于矿山、煤炭、冶炼、建材、耐火材料、轻工、化工等行业。振动筛的结构和材料直接影响其使用性能和寿命。在激振力作用下大型直线振动筛横梁、侧板等主体部件频繁发生断裂事故,严重影响振动筛的筛分效果和生产效率。因此采纳有限元法对振动筛进行模态分析和谐响应分析推断是否避开结构发生共振,这对于提高振动筛的工作效率,延长振动筛的使用寿命具有重要意义。 [关键词]直线振动筛,有限元,动力学分析,结构优化。Analysis of Dynamic Characteristics of Linear Vibrating Screen000000(Grade10,Class1,School of Mechanical Engineering,Shanxi University of Technology,Hanzhong 723003,Shaanxi) Tutor :Wang YanyanAbstract:The linear vibration screene with advantages of dehydration, sculping, effective screening ,is used widely for screening products. During the working process,the main parts of vibration screener endure long time high-frequency alternating loads,often resulting in crack on ateral board and beams. The strength problem is much more serious for large-scale linear vibration screener. With the increase in coal mining mechanization, the requirements on the vibration screening machine are increasing, therefore, the research,design, and manufacture on the large-scale linear vibration screener has become more important.
