基于 PLC 的船舶生活污水处理系统的仿真与设计摘 要随着全球经济的快速发展,世界各国对海洋环境保护的日益重视,航运业对海洋环境的影响逐渐进入人们的视线,船舶航运业的防污染工作己被提到日程上来。本文从船舶生活污水处理角度出发,通过分析比对不同处理装置的优劣性,选择能够广泛应用于大部分船舶的装置类型,根据所选处理装置类型,对实际船舶生活污水处理过程加以分析,结合 PLC 控制技术,对污水处理过程中己有的工艺方法加以优化设计,使处理装置能够在满足污水处理工艺的同时,提升系统的处理效果,并最终实现污水处理系统的自动运行控制。最后结合仿真技术,运用通讯手段,设计开发出一套污水处理仿真系统,模拟出实际船舶的污水处理工作过程。成果表明,所设计的污水处理的自动控制符合实际船舶污水处理的运行工况,仿真系统界面友好直观、操作性强且 PLC 控制运行可靠,对船舶生活污水处理系统的日后发展和研究上有一定程度的参考价值。关键词:船舶;生活污水处理;PLC;自动控制;仿真ABSTRACTWith the rapid development of the global economy, more and more attention has been paid to the marine environment protection in the world.
