190kW 固定管板式换热器设计摘 要在工程中,将至少有两种温度不同的流体参与换热,以一定的传热方式在流体间相互传递热量的设备称为热交换热器。换热器种类繁多,应用也极为普遍,尤其是管壳式换热器,是目前工业生产中应用最为广泛的换热器类型。本研究对象是总负荷 190kW 固定管板式换热器。通过查阅各种相关文献及设计标准、规范,对换热器的发展现状和趋势、发展历史、分类特点等方面进行了解,并对换热器设计过程进行研究,按照换热器设计步骤对换热器做工艺计算、强度计算并进行校核,再通过得出的结构尺寸绘制 CAD 图纸。关键词:换热器;固定管板式换热器;工艺计算;强度计算Design of 190kW fixed-tube-plate heat exchangerAbstractIn engineering, we called the heat exchanger that there are at least two kinds of fluids with different temperatures participating in heat exchange, and the equipment that transfers heat between the fluids in a certain.This paper mainly focuses on the design of fixed tube-sheet heat exchanger with a total load of 190kw.This article will use various related literatures and design specifications as design standards to understand the development status and trends, development history, classification characteristics of heat exchangers, etc., and study the heat exchanger design process, and exchange them in accordance with the heat exchanger design steps.
