界面修饰在硅/有机物杂化太阳能电池中的研究进展摘 要由于硅/有机物杂化太阳能电池具有低成本、易制备、高效率等优势,成为新能源研究热点之一。界面修饰不仅可以提高器件稳定性,它也是制备高性能太阳能电池的关键之一,但界面修饰材料和应用还有很多问题需要完善。本论文综述了界面修饰在硅/ PEDOT:PSS 杂化太阳能电池中的研究进展,从结构、制备工艺和材料三个方面展示了界面修饰的作用,并对其未来发展趋势做出了推断。关键词:硅/ PEDOT:PSS 杂化太阳能电池;界面修饰;硅微纳结构;界面接触;PEDOT:PSS 薄膜RESEARCH PROGRESS OF INTERFACE MODIFICATION IN SILICON/ORGANIC HYBRID ISOLAR CELLSAbstractBecause of their advantages of low cost, easy preparation and high efficiency ,Silicon/organic hybrid solar cells have become one of the hotspots of new energy research. In this paper, the research progress of interfacial modification in Silicon/PEDOT:PSS hybrid solar cells is reviewed.
