“冰上丝绸之路”黄金通道对中俄贸易的影响

I摘 要“冰上丝绸之路”将开通一条新的运输通道，这条运输路线无论是从时间还是成本上相对于传统航线来说都具有不可比拟的优势。不仅可以刺激沿线经济发展，还可以激发国际市场内在动力，增加地区经济收入。“冰上丝绸之路”还可以与“一带一路”战略对接，实现中俄区域发展战略，同时可以增进两国人民的友情，加强交流合作，互助互进。然而发展过程中总会遇到阻碍，俄罗斯的地缘政治挑战、传统贸易航线的现实挑战、生态脆弱的严重制约、国际机制不统一缺乏有效法律约束等等都会影响到这一经济带的构建，问题的解决、困境的破解、方向的把控，需要两国精诚合作。论文将致力于研究“冰上丝绸之路”的发展前景，阐述“冰上丝绸之路”所遇到的问题，并在此基础上进一步研究其对中俄贸易的影响，提出相应的具有较强说服力和可靠性的政策建议。关键词：“冰上丝绸之路” 中俄贸易 北极地区 东北航道ABSTRACT IIThe "Silk Road on Ice" will open a new transport route, which has an incomparable advantage over traditional routes in terms of both time and cost.It can not only stimulate the economic development along the line, but also stimulate the internal power of the international market and increase regional economic income.The "Silk Road on Ice" can also connect with "Belt and Road" to realize the strategy of regional development between China and Russia, and at the same time, it can enhance the friendship of the two peoples, strengthen exchanges and cooperation, and promote mutual assistance and mutual progress.However, in the course of development, there will always be obstacles, the geopolitical challenges of Russia, the realistic challenges of traditional trade routes, and the serious constraints of ecological fragility.
