延安市宝塔区幼儿园延时服务调查分析

摘 要幼儿园延时服务是指幼儿园在正常服务时间之外所开展的在国家有关方针政策的指导下，遵循幼儿教育及幼儿身心发展规律的基础上所实施的对幼儿教育和保教活动。延时服务的出现，为家长带来了方便，同时，也保证了放学后幼儿的人身安全。本文通过对延安市宝塔区幼儿园延时服务的调查，了解到幼儿园园长、幼儿教师以及幼儿家长对延时服务的认知情况，延安市宝塔区开展延时服务的时间安排、主要内容、组织形式及收费情况等。通过调查分析，我们认为延安市宝塔区幼儿园开展延时服务主要存在：园长、教师以及家长对延时服务的认识不足；延时服务的相关制度不够健全；活动内容不够丰富多样化；延时服务收费存在分歧的问题。为了促进幼儿园延时服务的有效实施，提出相对措施：1 正确认识幼儿园延时服务的意义；2 制定健全的延时服务相关制度；3活动内容丰富多样化；4 园所加强与家长的沟通，收取合理的服务费用等。关键词：幼儿园；延时服务；调查AbstractThe kindergarten time delay service is refers to the kindergarten under in the country related general and specific policies instruction which beside the normal service time develops, follows to pre-school education and protection and education activity which the pre-school education and in the baby body and mind law of development foundation implements.The time delay service appearance, has brought conveniently for the guardian, simultaneously, after also had guaranteed is on vacation from school baby's personal safety.This article through to the Yenan Pagoda Area Kindergarten time delay service investigation, understands the kindergarten garden long, the baby teacher as well as the baby guardian to the time delay service cognition situation, the Yenan pagoda area development time delay service time arrangement, the primary coverage, the organization form and the charge situation and so on.Through the diagnosis, we think the Yenan Pagoda Area Kindergarten development time delay service main existence: Garden long, teacher as well as g...
