幼儿同伴交往能力的发展与培养

摘 要随着社会迅速发展，人们对幼儿学前教育的关注度越来越高，幼儿园的数量逐渐增多，入园年龄越来越小，同伴的影响也会越来越早。为了让幼儿很好的适应集体生活，能与同伴友好相处，幼儿交往能力就显得十分重要。同伴交往能力是幼儿适应集体生活应该具备的社交能力，有利于幼儿摆脱自私自利等不良行为，加强幼儿情感交流和助人行为、利他行为的发生，有助于幼儿与同伴之间和睦相处，为幼儿以后的人际交往奠定基础。关键字 : 幼儿；同伴交往能力；发展与培养 AbstractWith the rapidly social development,people pay more attention to preschool.The quantity of kindergarten is gradually increasing ;the age of young children’s entering kindergarten is younger and younger;the influence of the companions is also more and more earlier.Social competence with peers can let kids adapt to group life and get along with companions,which seems extremely important.Social competence with peers is young children who should have the social skills to adapt to the collective life.And it is favorable for infants to get rid of selfishness and other bad behaviors. Furthermore , it can to some extent strengthen infant’s affective interaction and helping behavior as well as altruistic behavior.
