幼儿园教师继续教育的现状与对策思考

摘 要随着幼儿园教育的快速发展，人们对幼儿教师的关注度逐渐上升。但目前幼儿教育发展存在很多问题，如幼儿园教师的师资短缺、整体素质水平较低等，而继续教育作为一种提升教师素质、加快教师师资队伍建设的有效途径。对幼儿园教师开展继续教育的工作就显得尤为重要。本文通过文献法、访谈法，分析 、 了解我国幼儿园教师继续教育的现状，深入分析出影响幼儿园教师继续教育的因素，并提出符合现阶段幼儿教师继续教育的建议和对策。关键词：幼儿教师、继续教育、对策ABSTRACTWith the rapid development of China's pre-school education, kindergarten teachers' quality attracts more and more attention.
