摘 要合作是社会发展的内在助推器，合作行为的发展与成熟为社会进步提供了源源不绝的动力。每个成人都要经历幼儿期，而人与人之间的合作行为在幼儿期认知能力刚起步的阶段就出现了。合作行为的发展不仅仅对社会进步有非常重要的作用，也影响着学龄前儿童的社会化进程。合作行为越成熟，个体的社会化程度越高，因此，探究幼儿的合作行为发展显得格外有意义。学龄前幼儿期个体与外界的信息交换主要是通过同伴、朋友进行的，不同性别、不同年龄段的孩子聚集在一起，通过游戏等方式传递、获取信息，从而完成传统意义上的合作。幼儿与幼儿之间的游戏方式反映了儿童特有的合作模式。为了使幼儿积极主动地同他人相处，拥有较强的社会适应能力，加速幼儿社会化。本文将从幼儿与同伴之间的交往入手，通过“争夺玩具”“卡车竞赛”“囚徒困境”“金币游戏”四个实验，进一步探究幼儿的合作行为特点。根据幼儿合作行为的发展特点总结出影响幼儿合作的因素，例如幼儿性别因素、教师和家庭因素等，从而找到合适的方法培养孩子的合作行为。关键词：合作；幼儿合作；合作影响；合作培养AbstractCooperation is the internal booster of social development.
