我国金融衍生品研究综述及建议

我国金融衍生品讨论综述及建议 摘要：金融衍生品是金融创新的核心，国内外学术界和实业界对它的存在与进展从不同角度给予了关注。我国加入 WTO 之后，开设金融衍生品市场已提到议事日程。通过对我国 1995—2025 年关于“金融衍生品讨论”的大部分文献进行评析，总结了金融衍生品讨论的特点，并提出了开展金融衍生品讨论的建议，以期为深化讨论金融衍生品的学者提供基础和参考。 关键词：金融衍生品；文献评析；讨论建议 Abstract： The finance derive the article is a financial creative core, the domestic and international academic circles and industrial circleses nevered are to its existence and developments to pay with the angle our country set up the finance derive the article market after join WTO to have already spoken of the argument matter the characteristics to 1995-2025 year ends of our country carry on the critique in big and parts of cultural heritages of" the finance develops the article research", tallying up the finance derive the article research, and put forward to open the suggestion that the exhibition finance develops the article research, taking expect as the scholar who the thorough research finance derive the article to provide the foundation and references. Key words： finance derive； literature comment； research suggestion 引言 近来，关于我国要推出股指期货金融衍生品的呼声日高，尤其是 2025 年 9 月 8日，中国金融期货交易所在上海挂牌成立，标志着我国金融衍生品市场进展进入了一个新阶段，具有重大意义。我国的学术理论界也显示了极大的热情——这几年关于“金融衍生品”讨论的文献也日益增多，主要对金融衍生品的风险监管、金融衍生品市场等方面给予了不同的关注，进行了多方面讨论。目前，还没有关于金融衍生品讨论综述的文章，笔者了 1995—2025 年关于“金融衍生品讨论”的大部分文献，从金融衍生品的风险管理、定价、市场等方面进行分析、总结，以为加强我国金融衍生品市场的建设提供借鉴。本文的结构是：一、文献回顾，二、文献评析，三、加强金融衍生品讨论的建议。 一、文...
