手术无法切除肺癌术中转用氩氦刀治疗 15 例分析【摘要】 目的 探讨术中氩氦刀靶向冷冻治疗系统治疗术中无法切除的晚期肺癌的安全性及有效性。方法 2025—2025 年期间，15 例在开胸后发现无法切除的晚期肺癌患者在术中使用氩氦刀治疗。结果 15例患者中，平均生存期月，咳嗽、气促及咯血症状明显减轻。结论 术中氩氦刀治疗可以延长术中无法切除的晚期肺癌的平均生存期，改善患者的症状，提高患者的生活质量，不失为一种有效的姑息治疗方法。【关键词】 肺肿瘤；氩氦刀；冷冻消融治疗 Abstract： Objective To investigate the efficacy and the safety of intraoperative Ar He targeted cryoablation in the patients with inoperable lung The clinical data of 15 patients with inoperable lung cancer receiving intraoperative Ar He targeted cryoablation in our hospital from 2025 to 2025 were retrospectively The average survival time for the 15 patients was The survival time of the patients with inoperable lung cancer undergoing intraoperative cryoablation is prolonged. Key words： lung neaoplasm; Ar He knife; cryoablation 肺癌是最常见的恶性肿瘤，预后不佳，手术切除仍是提高生存率的主要方法，但确诊时约 85%患者为局部晚期而无法手术治疗[1]，文献报道术前推断可以手术的患者中，约有 20%的患者术中探查因呼吸功能差或转移不能施行根治性切除[1]。我们对 15例术中无法切除的肺癌患者进行了术中氩氦刀治疗，疗效良好，现报告如下。 1 资料与方法 一般资料 2025 年 4 月—2025 年 8 月，我们共手术治疗非小细胞肺癌 260 例，其中 15 例在术中发现比预期严重而不能切除，其中男 13 例，女 2 例，平均年龄 64 岁。主要症状：咳嗽 13 例，气促 8 例，咯血 6 例，胸痛 5 例。术前 TNM 分期Ⅱ a1 期 1 例，Ⅱ b期 2 例，Ⅲ a 期 12 例。病理示鳞癌 10 例，腺癌 2 例，大细胞癌 2 例，表皮黏液样癌 1例。肺功能差不能耐受全肺切除 3 例，肿瘤侵犯肺动脉干 3 例...
