中医治疗肝脓肿疗效观察 [摘要] 目得 探讨中医治疗肝脓肿得临床效果。 方法 整群选取该院 2025 年 1 月―2025 年 1 月收治得肝脓肿患者62 例为讨论对象，所有患者均给予单纯中药五味消毒饮合仙方活命饮加减治疗，观察患者肝脓肿治疗情况。结果 患者服药治疗 3 个月后，治愈率达到 100%，6 个月随访中未出现复发情况。结论 中医治疗肝脓肿效果显著，值得临床中推广。 [关键词] 中医；肝脓肿；无味消毒饮 [中图分类号] R2 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2025）05（a）-0173-02 [Abstract] Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Chinese medicine in treatment of hepatapostema、 Methods 62 cases of patients with hepatapostema admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2025 to January 2025 were selected as the research objects， and all patients were treated with simple modified wuwei xiaodu decoction and xianfang huoming yin， and the hepatapostema treatment conditions of patients were observed、 Results After 3-month of administered treatment， the cure rate reached 100%， and the recrudescence did not occur during the 6-month of follow-up、 Conclusion The effect of Chinese medicine in treatment of hepatapostema is obvious， which is worth clinical promotion、 [Key words] Chinese medicine； Hepatapostema； Wuwei xiaodu decoction 肝脓肿主要由胆囊、肝脏等受到阿米巴原虫或细菌感染而引起急性或者慢性肝脓肿。其临床表现多为寒颤、发热、胆量出汗等[1]。中医治疗肝脓肿具有良好效果，通过中医治疗，可有效控制患者症状，缓解患者病情，经过治疗后可有效防止肝脓肿复发，在临床应用中得到了良好治疗效果[2]。该讨论整群选取厦门大学附属第一医院 2025 年1 月―2025 年 1 月门诊收治得 62 例肝脓肿患者为讨论对象，用五味消毒饮合仙方活命饮加减治疗肝脓肿，现报道如下。 1 资料与方法 1、1 一般资料 整群选取该院 2025 年 1 月―2025 年 1 月门诊、肝胆外科、普外科、急诊科等住院会诊得肝脓肿患者 62 例为讨论对象。所有患者均符合肝脓肿诊断标准，所选患者中已排除精神障碍患者、严重心脑...
