基于 PLC 的电梯群控的应用讨论 摘 要电梯是高层建筑不可缺少的垂直方向的交通运输工具。由于传统的电梯运行逻辑控制系统采纳的是继电器逻辑控制线路。采纳这种控制线路,存在易出故障、维护不便、运行寿命较短、占用空间大等缺点。从技术进展来看,这种系统将逐渐被淘汰。本文搭建了以实际的电梯模型为控制对象,基于罗克韦尔公司工业网络的电梯控制系统。该系统采纳三层网络结构即以太网 (Ethernet/IP)、控制网(ControlNet)、设备网(DeviceNet),以 ControlLogix 处理器实现多电梯运行优化控制算法,采纳柔性 Flex I/O 方便地解决了电梯繁多的硬接线,采纳变频器驱动电梯运行,运用 RSView32 实现系统的监控画面。该电梯控制系统具有指层、厅呼唤、选层、选向等功能。具有集选控制的特点。关键词:电梯控制;三层网络;RSView32 Elevator Group Control Based on PLC ApplicationAuthor:yang leTutor:ren yanshuo High-rise building elevator is indispensable to the vertical transport.
