提供全套毕业设计,各专业都有摘 要随着轿车在人们生活中的普及,人们对轿车驾驶室也相应提出了安全、舒适、健康、高效等新的要求。因此有必要探讨一种驾驶室新的设计思想和设计方法,以满足人们对现代轿车的要求。本课题以汽车人机工程学的理论为基础,结合计算机技术,提出了基于人机工程学原理的轿车驾驶室设计方法。在论文中通过收集大量资料和借助于 CATIA 软件的帮助主要进行了 H 点优化设计,手操纵件的校核和手伸及界面的校核。1)论文中利用 CATIA 建模和分析 H 点的具体位置,提出 H 点的优化设想,调整 H 的位置来改善其舒适性和视野性等。2)论文中提出对手操纵件的校核,主要对手操纵件、指示器及信号显示装置进行校核,以 GB/T 17867-1999 法规为标准,校核是否满足法规的要求。3)论文中提出对手伸及界面的校核,检验重要操作件、按钮是否在驾驶员手伸及范围之内,是否满足 SAE J287(1988)、ISO3958:1996法规的要求。整个设计过程都是为了实现驾驶室人机工程学的设计目标:安全、舒适、健康、高效。关键词: 驾驶室 人机工程学 人体尺寸 计算机辅助设计 ABSTRACTWith the car’popularization in common living, peoples’ requestment to CAB has gone up to safety, easiness, health and high efficiency, etc. So probing into a new CAB’s designing idea and method is necessary to meet with the requestment.Based on Car Man-Mechine Engineering theories, using computer technology, the thesis gives a car CAB designing method based on Man-Mechine Engineering theories, and builds a database of our country peoples’body size in relation to CAB designding.
