编号 淮安信息职业技术学院毕业论文题 目学生姓名学 号系 部专 业班 级指导老师 顾问老师二 0 一四年六月摘 要顺丰速运一直本着“成就客户,推动经济,进展民族速递业”的经营理念,积极探究客户需求,不断推出新的服务项目,为客户提供快速、安全的产品流通渠道,同时,帮助客户缩短贸易周期,降低经营成本,提高产品竞争力等,使客户能更快、更好地对市场作出反应,但是应对快速变化的市场,通过调研发现,顺丰的业务流程存在一定的问题,为更好的进展业务,在此做了业务的分析及重构。本文首先对现代物流的定义和特征进行阐述,对我国快递业的现状进行了总体的分析;并以顺丰速运公司为例,运用 Swort 分析的方法,综述了基于电子商务与的背景下,顺丰速运业务存在的优势和劣势,最后就顺丰速运物流业务优化提出了可操作的方案,以期促进我国快递物流行业电子商务的健康快速进展。关键词:顺丰物流 物流业务模式 分析 优化方案AbstractSF EXPRESS has been the spirit of "customer success, to promote economic development, National Express service" business philosophy, and actively explore the needs of customers, continue to introduce new services to provide fast, safe products distribution channels for customers at the same time, to help customers shorten the trade cycle, reduce operating costs, improve the competitiveness of products, so that customers can quickly and to better respond to the market, but to deal with the fast changing market, through research found that there are some problems in the SF business process for business development better, we have done the analysis and reconstruction of business.
